A Manufacturing company in the Houston, Texas is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to develop, maintain and interact primarily utilizing the phones and other forms of electronic communication with a broad scope of new and existing customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Enter sales orders in Peachtree
- Respond to customer calls and needs
- Increase sales of products and/or services, including performing market and client research
- Develop sales strategies designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability
- Administrate duties(assist in order and ticket pulling as needed for customer shipment; inventory and monitoring products)
- Ensure reporting and communication are frequent and bi-directional
- Provide support that is successful and exceeds customer satisfaction, as well as support to the marketing department with various projects
Education and/or Qualification:
- 3-5 years Sales/customer service experience required
- Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience a plus
- Knowledge of Peachtree is a plus
- Communication Proficiency
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
